With extensive experience working across a spectrum of sectors including Corporate, Public, Criminal Justice, and the Voluntary Sector, I bring a unique blend of experience and passion to the forefront of neurodiversity and inclusion initiatives. This wealth of knowledge and adaptability is evident in every training session delivered in the realms of neurodiversity, disabilities, and mental health.
My journey into this field is deeply personal. As a parent to my son, Henry, who is Autistic with Severe Learning Disabilities and additional medical complexities, I have firsthand experience in navigating care and advocacy. This has driven my commitment to not only ensuring Henry's well-being but also advocating for a more inclusive society where everyone, regardless of their neurodiversity, feels empowered and understood.
Drawing from my professional training and personal experiences, I specialise in delivering Autism Awareness, Neurodiversity & Inclusion, Learning Disability, and Mental Health Training. My approach is rooted in creativity and empathy.
As a Positive Psychology Training Practitioner, I hold certifications including a Level 3 Certificate in Neurodiversity & Inclusion (Train the Trainer) and a Level 3 Award in Education & Training. I blend theoretical knowledge with practical strategies to create impactful learning experiences. My academic background in Psychology, Management, and Human Resources provides a holistic understanding of human behaviour and organisational dynamics.
Committed to continuous personal and professional growth, I am currently pursuing diplomas in Positive Psychology Coaching and Positive Organisational Psychology Level 5 with the Positive Psychology Guild. This dedication to ongoing learning ensures that my training methodologies are always informed by the latest research and best practices.
