Ben Holmes

Ben has firsthand experience of being Autistic & Neurodivergent. He also has ADHD, Dyspraxia, OCD & Anxiety. What this means is that he instinctively understands how it feels to be affected by these different brain wirings, conditions, disorders, and disabilities, both in positive and negative ways. 

 

Ben offers bespoke Autism & Neurodiversity Coaching.

Coaching Services

Abby Booth – Neurodivergent Wellbeing Specialist and Trainer

Abby is a neurodivergent adult with lived experience of autism and ADHD, which fuels her passion for helping others navigate the unique challenges of neurodivergence. Through her business, Wellbeing Whizz, Abby provides tailored 1-2-1 support for neurodivergent adults, focusing on building confidence, improving communication, and managing time and tasks effectively. She creates a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for clients to openly discuss their wellbeing and work towards practical, sustainable solutions.

In addition to individual coaching, Abby delivers bespoke training for organisations and groups on topics such as neurodiversity and creating psychologically informed environments. She believes that education and awareness are key to fostering inclusivity and equipping teams with the tools they need to support neurodivergent individuals.

Abby is also a Lead Oliver McGowan Trainer, contributing to the national effort to improve understanding of autism and learning disabilities within health and social care settings.
